I have a great deal of experience in working with young athletes to help develop their speed, power, and agility, and to help take their game to the next level.
My boot camps are a great mix of every kind of exercise you can think of, from push-ups and sit-ups to pushing trucks and flipping tractor tires. My camps never repeat routines, and it is fresh and exciting every time you show up.
