- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st we would figure out what issues the customer is having 2nd we would put them on schedule that best suits there availability 3rd we’d arrive to give a full detailed inspection on garage door 4th compile detailed estimate with multiple different options to fit the customers budget
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing construction since I was a kid and been doing garage doors professionally for almost a decade. Been doing gates as well for about 5 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started professionally doing garage doors when I was 19, I was already doing construction but I wanted to have opportunity to travel across the nation. I worked for a major garage door company for over 5 years that allowed me to travel before I had a kid and a wife. Once i started a family I started working as a contractor independently.
