Consumer Alert If Kenneth Keever contacts you for any reason, please contact the authorities. He is a thief and a con artist. He will give you a free quote and ask you for money for material and supplies, which he has no plans on purchasing. He has a warrant in Indiana for the same crime. He also has a warrant in Comal County, Texas for this crime as well. He is now targeting Bexar County residences and has taken advantage of 8 people, with dollar amounts ranging from $3000 to $40,000. Some of his victims are elderly, disabled vets, and on fixed incomes. Even Priya Sridhar from KENS 5 TV has done a story on this lying thief. Mr. Keever’s is very deceptive and may use the name of other company’s like SK Designs, American Designs, and Richmark Construction or use his accomplice Javier Sanchez as the owner of the company. The contractors license number is a fraud and he may use the following addresses as his so called office address, 119 Biering Ave SA, TX 78210 or 8611 Data Point, Apt 66 SA, TX 78229 or The Bank of America Plaza building downtown suite 1330. Ken Keever and his team are a parasite on the community and he need’s to be stopped, not just because he’s stealing money, but because of the disruption and turmoil he brings into people’s homes and lives, causing an undo financial burden, arguments between spouses, and if you are a disabled veteran like me, your left with two demolished bathrooms, with no handicap access or financial means to rebuild the destruction Ken Keever has left behind.

Patrick Remodeling recently transformed our front yard and backyard from a rough unimproved disaster area into a relaxing masterpiece. Our lot was approximately one acre, and Patrick Remodeling brought in river rock for flower beds, pea gravel for a children's play area, constructed a 1500 sq/ft patio, installed vegetation,built a retaining wall, and installed bermuda grass sod. These guys know exactly what they are doing. They do quality work, on time, and for less than the competition. We are thrilled with the performance and outcome of the project. We have added a great deal of value to our home thanks to the quality and craftsmanship of this company. Our friends and family have been wowed with the transformation, and we could not be happier overall with the end result. Thank you for a job well done!

I am a second generation carpenter. My entire family has done construction, combined my family has over 58yrs experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am skilled in custom remodeling ,additions, flooring, and carpentry to name a few of the things I do. I have the skill and experience to do almost any general contracting jobs. I do custom landscaping including ponds, arbors, decks and fencing.

Depending on the job requested I would advise my customers of the most cost effective way to achieve the results they are looking for.
