FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price projects based on surface condition, preparation requirements, material selection, and total scope of work. Every estimate is detailed and transparent, so you know exactly what is included. We do not surprise clients with hidden fees. Proper preparation is always built into our pricing because long-lasting paint jobs depend on prep work, not just paint application. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions or small discounts for larger projects or repeat clients. Our focus is on delivering value through durability and craftsmanship rather than cutting corners to be the cheapest bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Initial consultation to understand goals, timeline, and budget. 2.) On-site evaluation to assess surfaces, repairs needed, and product recommendations. 3.) Detailed written estimate outlining prep work, materials, scope, and timeline. 4.) Scheduling and confirmation with clear communication before start date. 5.) Surface preparation: protection, patching, sanding, caulking, priming. 6.) Professional application with daily site cleanup. 7.) Final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction before project close-out. Communication stays open throughout the entire process so clients always know what stage we are in.
