About
Customer satisfaction is key! If your not happy then we're not happy. Paying attention to detail is very important in this line of work. It's not only for safety purposes but as well as that customer satisfaction. When you, as a customer, walk out and see our finished product, we want to put a smile on your face! We here at Tree Management Group want you to remember us for that future job, or the next time your talking with a friend. The goal is when you see a tree you think of Tree Managent Group! First off... What I like about climbing trees is the higher the better. I've been in some pretty tall ones, 60 ft plus. Once you've reached the top, there is such an overwhelming felling of accomplishment. Second is using the tools to climb such heights. It is amazing; all the things you can do with some rope, d-rings, and a chainsaw. Third is the trimming or removal of trees. Imagin climbing a three story oak tree that has never been trimmed, all the different cuts you'll have to make in certain order depending on were you'll stand next or what will the limb hit. It's like a puzzle. Never having dropped a tall tree it is a blessing. Think about it just walk up to a three with a chain saw and having your knowledge and just chop it down, it's pretty amazing to do it in a way that you choose to do so, so it falls exactly were it's suppossed to. When you prune a tree not only does it look better but it helps the tree to grow healthier. Just making a beautiful landscape feels like an accomplishment. To look back and say I made that beautiful, it gives me a sense of pride.

Chris did an excellent job. He trimmed 11 palm trees for us. He was polite, courteous, and made sure that we were satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend Chris, and I would absolutely hire him again in the future!!

Chris for the Tree Management Group did an outstanding job trimming our 26 palm trees and was very reasonably priced for the high quality of the work performed. I would recommend him without reservation for several reasons. First, he cares about trees and their health. Much of the finer work was done using hand tools to minimize any injury to the trees rather than using only electrical equipment such as a chain saw. Second, he preferred to return a second time to complete the work carefully rather than rush the job before the day ended. I live remotely and this meant extra hours of travel for Chris. Third, he listened to me, the customer, and ensured I was satisfied with each tree before moving on to the next. In addition, he was courteous and respectful of property. All the debris was cleaned up and carted off the premises. I had had a bad experience when these trees had been trimmed some years ago by a different Company and consider myself a cautious customer. Thank you for your great work, care and attention to detail and professionalism - A fantastic job.

Chris was awesome! He knows his stuff and does a thorough job at reasonable prices. I have a 50 something foot palm tree that needed a trim. It's too high for me with a ladder. Chris scaled up it with ropes and pulleys and did absolutely no damage to the trunk of my tree. He will be the one for me to call from here on out! Thanks again Chris!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Always! There always coming out with new ideas on ways to make it safer, easer, less cost effective............. Knowledge is power.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was living in a house that had 60 plus foot palm trees, had 4 of them. I had received bid after bid to trim them,1000,2000.............and so on. Keep in mind my job at the time was landscaping for about 9 years for a huge neighborhood so I was well knowledge in trimming palm trees, I'm one of those people if I can do it why pay someone else. I did some extensive research on how to tackle these giants. I completed the job so successfully that my neighbors wanted me to trim there's. So I left my landscape job and started my own. Just in case you were wondering I still return to that neighborhood I worked at before and trimm there trees today. Once I climbed that first palm tree I was hooked.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We provide trimming services on all types of species of trees that grow in the surrounding area as well as tree removal, dead tree removal, dead limb removal and hazardous free tree trimming and removal. Hazardous free removal is when there is a limb or tree that needs to be removed hanging over something of value. For example a limb that has grown over a house will have to be tied off before cutting so it will not drop onto the home causing damage. We also trim very tall palm trees without using spickes. Poking holes in your tree is forever damaging. Climbing with ropes are the way to go. Using ropes will allow us to reach trees that are inaccessible with a ladder or man lift.
