With only 3 months to plan a reception for 50 people after our courthouse wedding, Amber was incredible every step of the way. She checked in regularly, created a timeline, checklist, provided vendor recommendations, met with me at the venue to help design the setup, and provided amazing day-of coordination services. I can’t thank Amber enough for bringing my vision to life — the reception looked absolutely beautiful. She kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, and even made sure I always had a drink in hand throughout the night! I highly recommend Hazel Lyn Events to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who is organized, thoughtful, and truly a pleasure to work with.

Amber was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From our very first call, we instantly felt at ease with her. She brought such a calm, confident presence that made it easy to fully trust her with every detail. By the time the wedding day arrived, we had zero stress because we knew we were in the best possible hands. And somehow, she exceeded even those expectations. The entire day went perfectly. Every detail, every transition, every moment flowed seamlessly, and we were able to be fully present and actually enjoy our wedding. That kind of experience is priceless, and it’s entirely because of Amber. She anticipated needs before we even had to ask, handled anything that came up behind the scenes, and kept everything running smoothly without us ever feeling it. I’m honestly at a loss for words trying to describe just how perfect the day felt, but Amber is the reason it was. There’s no one else we would recommend more highly. Hiring Amber is the best decision you can make for your event! She’s attentive, well-organized, and handled the variety of challenges of my south asian engagement party with elegance. I had ~215 guests at my engagement party and was only able to spend time with my family, friends, and fiancé because I knew I could lean on Amber to make the day memorable and magical. Amber and her assistant Renata are spectacular, kind-hearted women that are capable of managing large teams, crowd control, and all sorts of vendors. I’m so grateful to have met Amber early on in my wedding events and look forward to working with her for my other wedding events and celebrations!

If I could give Amber 10 stars, I would! We only looked into wedding coordination in the first place because our venue required us to, but as soon as we spoke with Amber, we knew her assistance would be more than essential in our planning process. Pretty much immediately after agreeing to work together, we felt the weight being lifted off of our shoulders. Amber KNOWS what she's doing! Even all of our vendors the day of the wedding commented on how smoothly the schedule went thanks to her. She gave us peace of mind, confidence, and endless support through our whole planning process. The day of the wedding, she kept us on track and taken care of and answered every single question from vendors, friends, and family. Not only is Amber a fantastic coordinator, but she felt like a friend to us. She literally took the pins out of her own hair to make sure that my veil stayed put! Every single part of our wedding was beyond my expectations and we owe it to Amber. I am positive that our day would not have gone nearly as well as it did without her. Our only regret would be not hiring her for more than just day-of coordination! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything Amber!

I can't express enough how beyond grateful I am for meeting Amber. From our initial phone call, her kindness and thoroughness stood out, clearly reflecting her love for coordinating weddings. In the months leading up to our wedding, Amber went above and beyond, reminding me of crucial details and was prompt responding to my questions. She met me at the venue multiple times, collaborated seamlessly with our vendors, and created, I’m not joking, the most seamless timeline for our day. A couple months before the wedding, we were faced with some venue issues, including unanticipated demands not outlined in the contract. This had me in a panic. However, Amber made everything manageable for us. Then on the day of our wedding, she and her lovely assistant, Renata, were everywhere at once… I don’t know how they did it. They handled challenges with such remarkable grace. A vendor fell short of their contract, Amber stepped in and saved the day, leaving us blissfully unaware of any issues. Every action she took contributed to the perfection of our wedding. We had he most perfect day. For any bride seeking a coordinator to surpass expectations and ensure a beyond beautiful day, I wholeheartedly recommend Amber.
