I met with Matt in April regarding replacing my existing fence that was partially falling down. A date and time were set to meet and Matt followed up that day with a ETA and arrived at the exact time he said he would. I explained what I was looking for and Matt gave me several suggestions, which I greatly appreciated. I met with several other companies regarding this project. I choose Freedom Fence due to Matt's honest approach to my project, along with other positive reviews. The estimate I received was not the lowest nor the highest, but nicely in the middle. I touched base with Matt a few times and always received a response back. The crew arrived on time the day that was discussed and did a wonderful job. It was a long day, but finished the fence with two new gates in just one day. I LOVE how fantastic the new fence looks. I had asked for one side to be moved out about a foot and then changed my mind to be about 2' and Matt was awesome about the change. His crew was extremely polite, professional and did a superior job. I love spending time in my backyard now. Sincere appreciation and thanks. Unfortunately, my phone is unwilling to allow me to upload more fence pics to my computer. Luckily this one made it. Highly Recommend Matt and his crew with Freedom Fence, you will not be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company is competitive, and we are happy to match with a respectable fence company in the area. We price per foot per job. We have monthly discounts that we are happy to share. We always offer a 3% discount to military personnel, first responders, and teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer to schedule an on-site appointment to discuss your fence project at no cost to you. Next, we will email/text a quote within 24-36 hours. We require 1/2 down to get on our installation schedule. Our team will work with you to get scheduled. Upon completion of installation and 100% happy final payment is collected.
