I offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Depending on the job, I provide straightforward flat rates for larger projects and remodels, or fair hourly rates for smaller handyman tasks. Because you work directly with me from initial quote to final cleanup, you get professional project-management quality without extra corporate markups. For small repairs, payment is due upon your total satisfaction at completion, while larger projects simply require a material deposit to get started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a simple conversation or photo review of your project to understand your goals, scope, and timeline. Next, I provide a clear, upfront estimate with no hidden costs so you know what to expect before work starts. Once scheduled, I show up on time, respect your space, and keep a clean workspace while personally completing the job from start to finish. Finally, we do a thorough walkthrough together to make sure everything meets your exact expectations before final payment is requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a unique combination of formal leadership, project management, and hands-on technical experience to my work. I hold a strong foundation from 17 years in education, which refined my communication, problem-solving, and organization skills. On the technical side, I have 6 years of hands-on experience as a professional construction project manager, where I managed real-world job sites, oversaw trades, enforced quality control, and mastered building standards, safety, and project planning from the ground up.
