Marco is awesome! He was very quick to come out and give me a quote and did a great job.
I don’t know anything about roofs and he very easily could have told me that I needed a new roof but was honest and let me know that with some affordable maintenance work it could last a few more years. We’re in the middle of a big interior remodel and a low cost way to extend the life of my roof is a really big help.
Marco was also nice enough to come back out and make a small adjustment I forgot to ask about in the original job.

Could not be happier. My roof was leaking this Sunday and they came out and were able to fix it today (Monday morning) at exactly the time I needed them to be here between meetings and were very affordable, friendly, and just wonderful. Also gave me a 2 year warranty on the work. Definitely would recommend and will use again.

Punctual, fair, and extremely nice folks. After having someone give us an outrageous quote ($4k plus) to replace 18 shingles on a house I was trying to put under contract, I was desperate to find a roofer who would give me an honest and fair quote before our 2 day option period ended. I reached out on Thumbtack and within minutes, MBR responded and was able to come out the very next morning. After 20 minutes on the roof, MBR quoted a fair market price for replacing a single shingle and told me the roof wasn’t as bad as the first guy made it out to be! I’m so grateful I found these guys! if you’re looking for someone to fix your roof who is kind, honest, and fair- MBR are your guys! I’ll be hiring them as soon as I close on this house at the end of April!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to be fair. I’m not going to charge a high price just because I think I can get away with it. I may not always be the lowest bid, because I respect our honest hard work...but I won’t ever take advantage just because I think I can squeeze more money out of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the person face to face, access the problem on site, and work with the client personally. Keeping a good client relationship and doing a job correctly are my top priorities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take classes regularly on safety, time management, and product improvement.
