FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Im not the cheapest but Im one of the best. I learned a long time ago to charge what I am worth and I feel my rates are fair. I definitely deliver a high quality clean regardless if its a little residential job or a large scale commercial project. I am meticulously thorough and operate under the mind set of what I would expect if it were my house. I understand that a cleaning service is a luxury that most are not able to fit into their budget. So I strive to make sure I go above and beyond and make sure that I provide a product that justifies my rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with potential client and do a walk through of their home or space they ate requesting services for. Gather necessary information on the expectations and specific needs of the client such as some of there problem areas, priority cleaning needs and any individual requests or preferences as to products used. Provide a fair estimate. Discuss scheduling needs, how often and what days and times work best for them. Discuss payment options and schedule the first cleaning.
