- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to all residents in the Van Zandt County area and returning customers and also have specials from time to time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction followed by a few questions about the services that the customer is wanting. After that we utilize different apps to get a view of the address and a scope of the project, after that we will send a quote for final approval before scheduling. Once you are scheduled we will send a text the day before and also a text 30 min before arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in home remodeling, construction, warehousing, logistics and management.
