Introduction: We offer accounting/tax services. We setup new businesses with accounting software, QuickBooks or Peachtree, chart of accounts, general ledgers, customers, and vendor files. We post payments as needed, cut checks for vendors and payroll, and set up comptroller (sales tax), FUTA accounts, and quarterly tax payments. We also prepare correspondence as requested. We set up business plans for customers, doing all research for demographics and comparisons. During tax season, we prepare income taxes for all long or short forms, schedule Cs, and all tax-related issues. Also, we help entrepreneurs to set up businesses with EINs, comptrollers tax information, business plans, and most materials to get started. We are currently doing budget analysis for STC on Banner, Oracle, and Time-Force payroll softwares. Contractual work is performed.
