- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices for informational paternity testing start at $199. Court admissible paternity testing starts at $299. If you want mobile services, a travel fee applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak to new clients to determine their paternity testing needs. From there, we set an appointment and send an invoice for payment. At the appointment, we collect samples from all testing parties, mail them to the laboratory, and within 2-7 business days we will mail or email results to all tested parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained in the proper collection of DNA samples. In addition, we follow the proper chain of custody documentation to ensure tests are court admissible.
