Introduction: What I bring to the table that a lot of my competitors might not is an incredibly diverse fitness background. I'm not just a body-builder looking to make some money on the side. I have first hand experience in many different aspects of fitness, including mixed martial arts training/conditioning, power-lifting, body-building, crossfit, endurance events such as marathons and the Bataan Death March, and extensive military-style body-weight conditioning programs. Bottom line, whatever it is that my client wants to accomplish, I will help them get there. I won't just make each of my clients perform the same "cookie cutter" routine that might not help them in the slightest. Whether my client is a new mother who is trying to tone up after having a baby or a young man who is desperately yearning to add some muscle to his frame, I am ready to help them achieve their goals and then some... I love my job simply because I get to do what I'm passionate about and have the opportunity to drastically improve people's lives. It doesn't get any better than that!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Prices for personal training sessions at Metamorphasis, the personal training only gym where I train, are 25$ per session. My mobile personal training sessions are 45$ I operate within a 20 mile radius.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I'm always educating myself on new exercises and programs for both myself and my clients. Finding new and exciting ways of maximizing results to achieve desired outcomes is certainly a hobby of mine. I'm definitely a geek when it comes to fitness and training.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Act now! Don't tell yourself you'll wait a couple more weeks to get in slightly better shape. Please... Allow me to do that. Don't procrastinate. Start changing your life for the better immediately!
