- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free consultations. If the customer decides they are ready to move forward with measuring, there is a $50 fee. Should the customer choose to use me for ordering and installation, the $50 measure fee is waived. If there are windows over 10 ft tall, there is an additional fee for extra equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a consultation to understand what the customer is looking for and what they need in their space. I provide professional suggestions, and If the customer wants to move forward, I can measure the customer’s windows to ensure a custom fit. I can then order the window treatments that work best for my customer and have them delivered to their home or my place of business. I will then install the window treatments for my customer. I provide my customers with the full service from start to finish.
