Hired on Thumbtack

Ana contacted me to help with a PC issue. Although she worked with me trying to find what was wrong (no signal), we couldn’t locate the problem over chat. I asked if she had a shop close to me. I found out we’re more than 1200 miles apart. When I requested local, I guess Thumbtack thought local was continental U.S. Even tho’ we couldn’t fix the PC I gave Ana 5 stars for being very professional, patient with trying all she could, and polite. Anyone reading this and needs their PC repaired and you’re in Texas give her a shout. 5 stars
