Introduction: I've been the customer service industry my whole life, and been working hard since I was a little boy. My father instilled in us boys. " if you're gonna do it, do it right the first time!" I still bring that to work everyday. The finished product is the best part of work. To be able to see how happy the customer is, and see what you have done with your own two hands. It's all very rewarding!
