- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on how custom the project is. Simple, unpainted flat-panel cabinets are more affordable, while fully custom stained, raised-panel, or inset cabinets are at the higher end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by either reviewing existing plans or walking the home and creating a quick layout. From there, we go over cabinet styles, finishes, and interior options. Once everything is selected, we provide an estimate. After approval, we coordinate scheduling, confirm details like paint or stain, and then complete fabrication and installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hugo gained hands-on training over many years in both commercial and custom cabinetry. He worked his way into a lead role, learning everything from construction and materials to installation and project management.
