Wild Spur Lawn Care did a great job on my yard. They showed up when they said they would, were easy to communicate with, and everything looked clean and taken care of when they finished. You can tell they actually care about the work they do. I’d definitely use them again.

this company made an appointment with us right away as we needed it done as soon as possible. they were supposed to come the next day between the they were supposed to come the next day between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Not only did they did not show or call, but I had to reach out many times and ask them what was going on. it was only by 8pm finally that they let me know that their guys were at a previous job, just wrapping up and that they would like to come the next day at 10:00 a.m.. this was so unbelievable, and although I was very upset I let them know that we would be okay with that, but to precisely let me know if they were not going to be on time at 10:00 a.m. they said "yes of course ma'am we will be in touch" in our text chat. today it is 1:00, and I only just heard from them after multiple emails and calls and text messages since 9:45 a.m. They finally let me know that they agree their communication has been bad, and that is probably best that I find someone else to take care of the job so that it could get taken care of soon. Where they ghosting me on purpose or ghosting me because they were afraid to say they couldn't take care of the job? I explained to them I could see that they were a new company, as it says four employees and 10 jobs hired, and that I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt because we needed it done so quickly and the price was right. so awful. This was the most unprofessional experience here is the most important part. This month, we just moved in and so our brand new neighbor, who is affected by this the mostt, is now needing to wait even longer for our tree to be out of THEIR backyard hanging on THEIR fence. unacceptable. I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
