I posted a want ad on thumb-tack and Christina contacted me. We have a kind of needy cat. He is old and requires medicine. We are nervous when we leave him with anyone. The last time I kenneled him in Dallas and he lost 25% of his body weight. Half of the food I brought for him was un-opened when I picked him up and he had fleas. This time we decided to have a professional care for him in our home. Our cat (AKA Ferocious) is scared of every one but he ran right up to Christina. Over our vacation she texted us pictures and videos of him playing. She provided him top notch care. We will no longer worry about him when we leave town because we know he will be in good hands. We will hire Pet Pal Palace again in the future. We highly recommend this company.

Before we hired Christina, she was more than willing to answer every question we had. She also providing Rd multiple references without hesitation. Each day she provided us with pictures of our dogs while we are away. The most important thing to us was that our dogs were cared for like family and kept comfortable and happy. These were all things Christina went above and beyond to achieve. Christina is a great pet sitter that we will continue to use in the future.

Christina came to our house twice a day to care for our three dogs. She by far exceeded my expectations! One of our older dogs can be grumpy and instead of saying "no, thank you," she made practice visits and spent extra time making him comfortable. It only took a day for him to come around and he quickly became excited to see her each visit. She also didn't just do the chores of pet sitting (feeding, let them out and refill water); she spent time each visit to love on them, took them on walks (or let them take her on walks, really), gave them treats, switched which lights were on each night and even cleaned our house before we came home! I can't recommend her enough!!
