I needed photos from a drone on the lake waterfront home I am listing. Response from Thumbtack was extremely fast. Received multiple bids for the job. I looked into each website and information and chose Droneview. They were prompt and courteous. Wonderful customer service. I received the photos the next day and were perfect for what I needed. I will use their service again.

Steve with Droneview is great! We have our new communities and developments videoed and he's really able to capture some great photos of our developments that you don't see with regular still photography. Steve is always on time, and he's fun to work with. It's really fun to watch the drone fly and see the images of the video that it's capturing on the iPad control screen. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Droneview.

The quality and skills they have...working with 1980's Polaroid camera equipment...attached to flying pigeons is just out of this world!
JUST KIDDING - That would be so hilarious, right?! =)

As you can tell, I can joke with them...because they are such TERRIFIC, PROFESSIONAL, & EASY GOING people!

Steve & Doc are so enjoyable to work with in every aspect. They are true professionals (and real pilots) who really do use the most recent State Of The Art camera and drone equipment.

The expired properties I list, once I get Steve & Doc to shoot the drone pics & video, they actually not only sell...they sell for more! Quality photos, videos, and the drone company you work with REALLY DO MATTER!!!

Thanks, Steve & Doc!
(To be honest, I don't know Doc's REAL name anymore...he was a U.S. Navy Corpsman for the U.S. Marine Corps back in the day...so I call him Doc). Haha. =)

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are quoted individually due to numerous factors including travel time, complexity of flying and video editing options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contact and often a meeting prior to the job. This helps Droneview determine the needs for the project and the needs and expectations of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a FAA licensed pilot for over 20 years. As a kid, I had the love of flying and photography so this just became a natural fit.
