Everything started out great with Brad. He showed up on time and was professional. When the job was about 90% complete, he disappeared and left my hot water heater inoperable. He had yet to install a roof vent and paid him for the majority of the work he had done so far, holding back $50. After 29 days of back and forth with excuses as to why he couldn't complete the job, I finally had to let him go. I have been out of hot water for 29 days and now have to hire someone else and hope the hot water heater didn't freeze up and still works.
He texted me that if I'm tired of waiting for him that I can call someone else but the problem is you only owe me $50 and you won't find anyone to run the vent for $50.
