Joe was amazing!! Best technician Ive had in a long time. I had quite a bit of plumbing issues, he was here within an hour and he fixed everything same day and for a very reasonable price. The staff, including Joe is Very military friendly and Joe really helped me out by thoroughly explaining the issues without any sense of frustration, and he even offered recommendations to avoid the same problems from happening in the future. He was very compassionate and sweet and didnt rush my concerns nor his service. You can tell he knows exactly what hes doing, hes naturally skilled, and has true integrity in his profession not just money seeking . That truly meant a lot. I highly recommended Joe! Thank you so much!!

Mr Rooter and Joe were perfect! They were quick to our construction site to find the issue, got the needed parts fast and repaired same day, actually the turn around time from my call to the office and finished repair was about 4 to 5 hours Awesome! Thank you Joe! Very professional and communication was great!

5star my baby had flushed a tooth brush down the toilet, he came examined the issue and advised that he will try the snake if the snake doesnt work he would have to pull the toilet up. He was able to pull the toothbrush out with the snack after 2 tries so professional!

I had an unscheduled plumbing emergencyarent they allI called several places but Mr. Rooter actually had someone answer. The located service man-Joe called when he was on the way. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and knocked it out fast for what I thought was a fair price. Id definitely call them again.
