I love working out with Adam because on every session he brings new challenges, he comes prepared, he motivates me, push me to keep going and the workouts are so much fun! Adam is super proffessional, listening to my questions and answer them, the workout is completely personalized and I can feel and see the changes on my body, mental fitness state and my energy. The best personal trainer I had ever worked with. Thanks Adam!

I have had a trainer(s) for years and believed I was in good shape but this was a new experience. I met Adam beforehand & he listened to my goals and prior experience. He warned me it would be to rough but I shrugged it off and was sure I would do just fine. It challenged me in ways I had not expected but he motivated me to stick through it, which I did. I expected the training to get easier over time but as he revised and added exercises each time, it remained challenging. Results showed quickly which helped with motivation to continue. Well worth the sweat !

I have been working with Adam for almost two years, i can't say nothing but good things about him, he has helped me a lot physically. I had no balance nor endurance prior to working with him. I consider Adam a friend more than a trainer for I can text him at anytime of the day to ask for an advise on what should or should not eat. I highly recommend him.

adam is the best trainer in the world. his workout seemed odd to me at first because i thought i'd be lifting weights, but his technique of combining cardio and cross fit and strength training all makes sense now. it allows for variety so it doesn't get usual. and he makes you want to do better...i'm even eating better. i still can't believe he was able to get rid of my gut...i have 6 pack abs now!!! :) i have so much more energy. it's amazing how much more i get done in a day now.
