My goal is to prepare your menu to be very delicious. Call me for some extraordinary treats that you can't find anywhere else. As your caterer, I can prepare an intimate dinner for two or a full buffet up to 1000. I specialize in southern and family-oriented cuisine. I also do Mexican, Cajun, and Italian. I offer full service catering or drop off only. I have a food truck and can prepare almost anything onsite. Chef cassy served my engagement party for 15 people. We had her amazing bacon roll ups for appetizers. The ribeyes were served as each of my guest requested them and without any issues. The mango salsa on the salmon was delicious. She brought a server to help her, and he exceeded my expectations; he was super friendly and courteous. The meal was cooked at my house and she left everything just like she found it in the kitchen, very organized and clean. Overall I was very pleased with her service, and will definetly refer her to all my family and friends. I want her at my wedding!!
