At first the company seemed very promising. I requested a move out cleaning and we worked out a rate that seemed reasonable for both of us, for my 2Bed 2Bath apartment. We set a budget for 3 hours and was asked if I would be willing to pay more if she went slightly over time limit, I agreed. She also asked what areas of focus I would like since we were working with a time limit. I did mention about 5 areas. Upon completion not only did the cleaner go a whole hour above the time limit, increasing my initial estimate by $60. None of the areas I requested be focused on were cleaned how I expected. When I reached out to address my issues her only resolution was to resend the same cleaner who did a port job to begin with. At that point I had already turned in the apartment and also charged extra by the complex to rehire another professional cleaner. When I addressed my request with this company I was left on seen with my issues unresolved. If you need a good move in or move out cleaning I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Poor management here.

The situation you described — going over the agreed-upon time, not addressing the requested focus areas, and then not receiving proper support when you reached out — is not the standard we aim to uphold. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after being charged additional fees by your apartment complex. We should have handled your concerns more promptly and more effectively, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. While we did offer to send the cleaner back as a first step, we recognize that this was not a helpful solution given your circumstances, and we regret that we didn’t provide a better alternative. Your feedback is important, and we are addressing this internally to prevent similar issues moving forward. If you’re open to it, we would appreciate the chance to discuss this further and work toward a fair resolution.
