Robert was on time, had the necessary parts and looked things over before making a determination. He truly is a professional and trustworthy. He provided pics of the replacement and the old parts. I couldn't of asked for a better service call. He even gave me a reasonable deal on everything. Painless!

I would definitely use Boone’s Plumbing again. Mr. Rob was courteous and professional during our entire interaction. He had to order parts and called to let me know they were delayed and apologized for the inconvenience. Honestly, an apology wasn’t needed since EVERYTHING is on back order right now. Got the job done and came back out promptly when I realized water was leaking. He promised to take care of it and he did. His pricing was reasonable and appreciated that he didn’t try to get over by charging ridiculous prices. Others wanted to charge double what he charged. Replaced kitchen faucet, replaced stopper system in 2 bathroom sinks and replaced stopper in tub which took some time as previous person in residence glued it in and it was rusted. You won’t go wrong with Boone’s Plumbing.

I had a half bath added to our house and Boone's Plumbing bid and completed the Plumbing job. The price was great and they communicated throughout. Price did not change and worker showed up on time each day. The owner was very responsive and caring about any questions I had. Thank you for helping!
