Our pricing is based on the project’s scope, materials, complexity, and site conditions. We provide clear, detailed estimates and communicate any potential changes before additional work is performed—no surprise fees. Discounts may be available for bundled projects or larger scopes of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation to understand your project, priorities, budget, and timeline. Next, we evaluate the space and provide a clear proposal outlining the recommended scope and pricing. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, maintain consistent communication throughout construction, and complete a final walkthrough to ensure the work meets our standards and your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on residential construction management, including coordinating skilled trades, managing schedules and budgets, preparing homes for inspections, resolving construction issues, and maintaining strict quality standards. This field experience gives us a practical understanding of how projects should be planned, managed, and completed correctly.
