- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every price given to my customers to do the job is negotiable but being fair for both parties is also necessary . As the owner I’m not looking into getting rich but am looking to feed my family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and let the customer know a little about my background as well as the company’s! Reinsuring and gaining our customers trust that we here at “Use my Trailer” are there to get the necessary job done in a Efficient and Timely manner! Our #1 priority is making sure we leave the job site with a smile on our customers face!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No pass education but training I’ll say has been in the works my whole life! As I can remember my mom always showed and pushed me to understand the importance of having a clean, environment around me ! With a clean environment comes Positve energy ! With positive energy you have a happy life!!
