I had selected a different vendor but when they showed up to the house, they started trying to see us an upgrade and didn't want to honor the price they quoted us. I called Michael to see if he could fit us in the next day. He was able to help us, the quality was top notch, and after the fact, he shared that sometimes stains will come back after the carpet dries and to just call him and he would come back out to treat them again, no charge. He will be our regular carpet cleaning going forward. Great job, great price and a great company.

I am so impressed with the work of Fat City Clean. He took old worn, and badly stained carpet and made it look new. I had spilled a face cream solution that had turned a beige carpet rust. I worked to remove the stain with no success. The stain is gone. The work was exceptional.

I needed a bedroom and closet cleaned. Michael was prompt and answered the questions I had. He was able to get out the stains and the carpet looks good. This was way cheaper then trying to replace the carpet. I will use this company again if I need more carpet cleaned
