Fat City Clean is an amazing company! I reached out very last minute needing to have all the carpets in my apartment cleaned for moving and they responded immediately, gave me a very fair quote and upon arriving were quick and their work amazing! I couldn't recommend them more for any cleaning needs!

I recently closed on a new home and wanted my carpet cleaned before the furniture was moved in. I had contacted another individual but they never called back to confirm the time leaving me to have to loose a day of moving. I contacted Mike and he quickly made himself available to meet the following morning as his first appointment. He was very professional, prompt and responsive. The carpet looked wonderful.

I contacted Fat City Clean mid-afternoon on Friday and by 4:30pm, two members of their team were at my door—right on the window they’d quoted. From the moment they walked in, I could tell they cared about doing the job right, and they got right to work. They did more than I was expecting or asking for. They actually cleaned up my bedroom and my large walk-in closet substantially more than I'd thought would be necessary just for the carpet cleaning. The carpets were previously in really bad shape—especially in "Maya’s room", where the surprise dog-poop “deposits” had settled in the fibers. They didn’t flinch. Instead, they treated the spots with an enzymatic cleaner, worked it in patiently with a hand brush, and followed up with a full shampoo. When they were finished, you’d never know there’d ever been any stains or odors. All told, the visit took about an hour and a half from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on quality—no upsells, no rushing through. If you need a carpet crew that shows up on time, handles even the gnarly pet surprises, and leaves everything looking and smelling great, I highly recommend Fat City Clean. I also like that it's a veteran-owned and operated company!
