- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the job and what is being installed. Pricing is based on experience and efficiency. My rate starts at $135/hr which includes an helper as well. If your item is going over 10ft, weighs more than 25lbs or is larger than 6ft additional charges will apply. There is also a $25 fuel fee. Discounts are available for designers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I always like to make them feel comfortable to share their opinions on where they want to go with the project. I’m very easy to work with and I will give you the best options and solutions possible so your ideas could become a reality.
