- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please know that the pricing listed or estimate received here on Thumbtack is not always accurate. I need to physically see the property in a video, pictures, or in person. I require some type of media to even ball park a figure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a local client, I will typically go by the home if available and give a bid. If it’s a traveling job, I ask for pictures or video. We can even do a zoom call too! This is the only way I will provide a bid whim I am traveling to. Once I have laid eyes on the home I send over a sheet for the client to fill out. It has check boxes for items to select in each room of the home. This guides me through each room and to meet the expectation of the clients needs. If it’s a one time clean, we’d love to have you call us again in that time of need. If it becomes a regular clean after the deep clean, I set a schedule based upon availability. The client will know the day of the week and the time to expect myself or one of my team member each clean.
