Ben installed a premium Rinnai tankless water heater. He responded within hours of my request for service and was on the job replacing my dead water tank within 18 hours. Considering I couldn't get any service for weeks from several plumbers, and another strung me out for a week promising "tomorrow . . . tomorrow " with no follow-up Ben was the complete opposite. He does as he promises and was on time. I should also add that his assistant was polite, bright, and personable. This was not a simple job. My old tank wouldn't drain without special effort. (And he took it away with him.) Using the existing vent hole (with a newer/bigger vent) would require (steep) roof walking. Gas pipe extension and working with poorly configured electrical would have driven most installers into excuses, delays and added costs. This project was done in a very long day; Ben wasnt leaving without completing the job. And, with not a penny of added costs. Integrity is hard to find these days. After a long day sweating in my attic Ben took the time to show me how to clean out unusually difficult-to-remove faucet aerators blocking my water flow. This is the guy you want to hire for the jobs no one else will do.
