july,15, 2015. i had t-horn remove my disposal and then straight pipe my kitchen sink. my 1st positive impression was by looking at this site. benton responds to all his customers feedback and thanks them on this site. he also has a code of ethics he discusses on this site. also he called me this morning to followup and make sure everything is working. my sink was stopping up when my dishwasher drained and it was gross. i am still checking to make sure it is ok because i did not run a load of dishes last night. i am sure it is fine. he also replaced a bib on the outside. so how many plumbers do you know that do this type of thank you and telephone follow up and discusses ethics? NONE!!; well now there is one that that does. anyway, i wanted to develop a relationship with t-horn, because you just never know when you will need a plumber. thanks benton. patrick

Ben installed a premium Rinnai tankless water heater. He responded within hours of my request for service and was on the job replacing my dead water tank within 18 hours. Considering I couldn't get any service for weeks from several plumbers, and another strung me out for a week promising "tomorrow . . . tomorrow " with no follow-up Ben was the complete opposite. He does as he promises and was on time. I should also add that his assistant was polite, bright, and personable. This was not a simple job. My old tank wouldn't drain without special effort. (And he took it away with him.) Using the existing vent hole (with a newer/bigger vent) would require (steep) roof walking. Gas pipe extension and working with poorly configured electrical would have driven most installers into excuses, delays and added costs. This project was done in a very long day; Ben wasnt leaving without completing the job. And, with not a penny of added costs. Integrity is hard to find these days. After a long day sweating in my attic Ben took the time to show me how to clean out unusually difficult-to-remove faucet aerators blocking my water flow. This is the guy you want to hire for the jobs no one else will do.

Great experience working with Ben. I would definitely work with him again. He provided a prompt and accurate estimate for our work request as it was described to him. We picked a start date and he showed up right on time and ready to work. After inspection, we decided the best plan was to remove both tile and cement - a considerable amount of extra work. The half day he had planned for grew to double that. Ben did not miss a beat and got the job done, knowing it was important to us from a schedule perspective. We agreed on a fair price for the extra hours. Ben's work was awesome, he was concerned with protecting floors and furniture and he left the site clean. He has strong work ethics and moves at 100% all the time. I was impressed!

Ben was on time, courteous and professional. He showed me photos of where the water heater failed. The heater was in the attic. He gave a quote to replace it. And did the job plus he insulated some hot water lines in the attic that should have been insulated. The next day he called to make sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend him.
