- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know I am not the cheapest guy on the street but I provide a quality service at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customer’s I like to go over the project in person. Make sure we both understand what is wanted to be accomplished. Then I walk them through the steps of what the project will take to finish. Once we have agreed that I am the pro they need I get the project completed then let inspect and make sure they are happy with results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years experience working as contractor on my own. Ran up to 17 crews and maintained multimillion dollar contracts. Now family life is most important to me. Scaled down the company but still giving excellent quality.
