- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge a flat rate on most jobs . So the customer is not having to watch the clock in a panic if things are taking longer than expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always seeking to please the customers by making sure they are 100% confident in what they are paying for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through the plumbing apprentice program. obtaining my Tradesman plumbing license in 2008 and my Journeyman Plumbing licence in 2015. I have taken continuing education classes since 2008 and have many times taken classes for both clack and fleck.( common head units on water softeners) In 2016 I completed all training and tests required to obtain a Water Treatment Specialist level 3 licence . I continue to further my knowledge of water and Plumbing at every opportunity that comes my way.
