Before I start my review, I just want to say that Thumbtack only allows a customer to select 3 of the 5 categories when rating a professional. Please do not mistake the lack of other selections as a reflection of Erik. He 1000% met the mark in ALL categories!
I opened a request late Friday evening to have a leaking dishwasher checked out, and if I’m being honest, I didn’t expect to get it serviced over the weekend.
Erik saw my request, immediately responded, and let me know that he could come out the following day—a SATURDAY and the first college football Saturday of the season! 🫨😂
The next day, he communicated when he was in transit, arrived as promised, promptly diagnosed the issue, explained his repair recommendations, completed the repair, and DID NOT charge me an arm and a leg. My mind is blown!
Quality, dependability, professionalism, and great workmanship seem to be increasingly hard to find when it comes to contractors. Erik has it ALL. He even warranties his work!

I had a great experience with Erik servicing my Toro push lawn mower. He arrived right on time, communicated very well throughout the process, and was extremely professional and friendly.
Erik is clearly very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem with my mower. He had the issue solved and the mower running properly again within an hour!
