- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $59 residential service fee, which is waived when you approve any repair option during our visit. For commercial properties, the service fee is $150. Pricing is based on the job—no hidden fees, and you’ll always get clear options before we begin any work.

Our process is simple and stress-free. We start by scheduling a convenient visit to your home or business. Our licensed technician performs a full evaluation, explains the issue clearly, and provides multiple repair options when available. Once you approve the work, we get started—no surprises, no pressure. We guide you through the entire process from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master Plumbing License in the State of Texas, which requires years of hands-on experience, advanced training, and passing a rigorous state exam. I stay current with local plumbing codes and continue to train in the latest tools and technologies to provide top-quality service.
