Wally is absolutely amazing! Our couch, rug, and rocking chair were in a storage unit. I wanted them clean ASAP and he fit us in his schedule right away. He was extremely responsive and kind. I was very impressed with the immediate response I received from Wally’s Cleaning service. He was easy to make an appointment with and he showed up promptly at the agreed time. I had four chairs cleaned and they look brand new. I will definitely use him again and was very happy to learn that he does multiple cleaning jobs, I.e. vents, tile grout, rugs, etc.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price for carpet cleaning is per area, for upholstery is per linear foot, for tile and grout is per square foot: typically loveseat is 5 feet = $75 sofa 7 feet = $105 sectionals $150
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out how many areas are going to be cleaned, what type of carpet will be cleaned, and what type of stains are needing to be removed.
From there I can schedule a time based on the details for how long it will take to do a great job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience that mostly is on the job training. I also have been to many classes including carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, water damage, upholstery cleaning, and pet treatments, tile and grout and marble polishing.
