Ed went above and beyond to ensure he corrected every issue he ran across to make sure my system was as healthy as possible. We were just supposed to be installing new drip pans but he corrected things that would have resulted in future problems and wasn't trying to "sell" or "upgrade" at any point! Highly recommended. :)
