Gustavo came out and knew so much about my HVAC. He automatically knew what was wrong and was very knowledgeable about the up to date codes and what was needed to pass inspection. I was so happy about the service and prices. When replacing something like an HVAC, you definitely want to go with a company that knows what they are doing and I highly recommend Gustavo at Lexany’s Heating and AC for this! I’m so grateful and will be using Lexany’s on every home project I have.

Gustavo did a really good job. He really took the time to educate me with what was going on plus he’s very knowledgeable himself. He was very honest as well unlike other companies and even went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean before he left which I’ve never seen anyone do. I recommend Gustavo to anyone who owns a home. This is a very honest man.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should understand exactly what is included in the price before moving forward. A detailed proposal should outline equipment, labor, materials, permits if required, disposal of old equipment, and any upgrades needed for code compliance. It’s also important to ask about warranties, financing options, and any current promotions or manufacturer rebates that could help save money. The lowest price isn’t always the best value — proper installation, quality materials, and long-term reliability can prevent costly repairs or higher energy bills later on. Clear communication upfront helps avoid unexpected fees or surprises during the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a conversation to understand the customer’s concerns, goals, and budget. From there I schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the home, take measurements, inspect existing equipment, and check airflow and ductwork to make sure the system is properly sized and designed. After the evaluation, I provide clear options and a detailed proposal explaining the equipment, scope of work, and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the installation or repair, complete the work professionally, test and verify system performance, and walk the customer through how everything works before finishing the job. I also stay available afterward for any questions or follow-up support.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained my experience through hands-on field training and continued learning while working directly in HVAC installation, service, and system design. I’ve worked with a wide range of residential systems including change-outs, new construction, duct design, airflow balancing, and troubleshooting. I also stay up to date with current equipment standards, energy-efficiency requirements, and best installation practices to make sure every system is installed safely and performs the way it should.
