- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as rates go, we have single lessons, and multi lesson packages and Board and Trains. For the multi lesson packages we carry a massive discount because we bundle them all together for maximum savings. So instead of billing you the single lesson rate over and over, we squish it into 1 bulk-discounted fee on the front end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love talking with people to find out what all we can help with, and understand them and their needs better. Once I've gotten acquainted with this a little more, I can suggest the right package for them. I'm also a little old fashioned in that I like to connect with people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years of experience training "problem dogs" but I also hold a NePoPo certification.
