Jason came out to install spotlights in the front of my house. He did a good job - responsive and prioritized my small job. When I had issues a few months later (turned out to be bad lights), he was helpful and replaced them with his own supply of lights at no charge. I appreciated his work, and I will be using him in the future.

Updating a prior review. I initially left a low review as Jason scheduled time and did not call or text. Jason called with an apology and we rescheduled the work. Jason performed the initial project and a list of add-on projects I gave him after seeing his clean and professional work. No doubt, Jason takes pride in his work and the end result shows it. I am in the construction industry and am fairly meticulous with my house, thus cautious about anyone doing work in it. His craftsmanship is to be commended and pricing is more than reasonable. He will definitely be my 'go to' for any future electrical work. Incidentally, Jason installed 9 security cameras (some in very hard to access locations), a recessed light, relocated and grounded numerous outlets, repaired light switches, and other misc. tasks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 65 an hour for residential service calls and troubleshooting problems. I charge 85 an hour for commercial service calls and troubleshooting problems (businesses including B&B’s) If it’s a project your looking to complete I will be happy to give you an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication about all aspects of the job, get to know the customers expectations. Restore the contractor to customer relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of on the job experience in all aspects of the trade. I was taunt by a highly respected professional with 20 years under his belt at the time.
