I had a simple job that could easily be described with a picture and a brief description, the removal of two old light poles. While every other electrician's office was quick to respond they couldn't commit to cost without first coming out and charging a service or safety fee of $79 - $129.

On the other hand KO himself quickly responded, asked one follow-up question, and told me the cost. Since the cost of removing one pole was about the same cost as other companies bidding fee I took on the only electrician willing to bid.

KO sent a tech out the same week, and the job took less than 30 minutes. The tech answered all my questions and charged exactly what we discussed over chat. Really appreciate the work and respect of my time/money from KO.

These guys were awesome. Easy to work with and a great value. I was just adding four can lights splitting off of an existing circuit so it was a relatively simple job that they priced accordingly. They were flexible on time and showed up when they said they would show up! That is saying a lot these days. Cleaned up and left the place like it was before. Recommended!
