When they first reached out, they had me send them a picture of the issue. With in literal SECONDS, they called back, and told me what the issue was. They were able to show up this morning, get the issue repaired, convert an outlet. Only took a few hours, and in addition - fixed issues I didn't know we had at no extra cost.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to base all my prices on a fair market and affordable to all future clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure the client understands what is needed for that particular project. So we both are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved electrical training and OJT (on the job training) in the military. I received a Bacholar Degree in Business Adminstration while in the military. When I transited out of military I acquired my Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering and another Bacholar in Project Management, also got my Master Electrician License for Texas.
