Only a couple things prevented me from rating higher. The fence on one side of the house was installed crooked, about 17" off, they did say if I wanted, they'd rest the posts to straighten the fence line. I wasn't willing to make a huge deal out of it, so we went with it as it was. Another small issue is posts were dropped too close together for one of the gates and rather than resetting one of the posts or maybe resizing the gate a little, the hinges were installed out of center so that the gate would close without the latch hitting the post. The problem with this is, one side of the gate protrudes out from the fence line a couple inches and doesn't open fully in one direction, but does in the other. Several of the posts were left with a little concrete on the bottom side, about 8"-10" above the ground, could have been a little cleaner once finished. A cable wire that I have running out to my shop for TV was cut, they did inform me of it and said they'd fix it, I said it was no big deal and that I didn't mind taking care of it and it was left for me to do. Now I know I said I'd do it, but if I'm running a business and a customer told me the same thing, I would not leave it for the customer to do, unless there was no other option. Again, none of this was/is a deal breaker on whether or not I'd use them for an install again, but I do know that for some, it could be and that is the only reason I wanted to point out these issues. From a price standpoint, we had 5 quotes and they were lower than any of the others and their reviews were better. The install, while it could have been a littler better quality wise, was very quick, and they did begin and finish on the day/days I was told.

By the ft .. Depends on the type of fence you want .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to tear out old fence ( if needed ) and set the post on the 1st day . Then let the post set up 24 hours after that we come back and complete the job on 3rd day ..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been building fences for 20+ years
