We have been in the construction business for 10+ years; started my own business September 2023 and looking forward to the many years to come. We are a small business that loves what we do! CCS prides ourselves on being punctual, honest, and transparent throughout the whole process. We specialize in, but not limited to, home remodeling, updating & renovating; updating and building out suites/warehouse space; kitchens & bathrooms; new floors; feature walls; trim carpentry, fence repairs, fence painting; patch and paint projects etc… We take great pride in our job and treat every clients’ home as if it were our own home! Garrett did an excellent job on a difficult project involving adding & reconfiguring an extensive amount of wood ceiling addition, including painting, electrical outlets & lighting to both the front & back of our home. Garrett came out to hook up my gas line to my gas top, installed new sink, and did a ton of Sheetrock repairs. He did a great job and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was great.

Garrett did an excellent job with repairing and repainting our siding around the house. Other companies wanted to just slap on vinyl siding, we wanted to replace with Hardy cement board. When removing the original siding, there was not a layer between the attic and the exterior of the house. This created a bit of scope creep of labor that was going to be required to complete the job. Garrett and company handled without issue. I am extremely pleased with the work that was completed and plan to use him for some additional in-home remodeling we want done. Thank you Garrett for a GREAT JOB!

Garrett comes of conscience person. I hired him repair several cracks in my walls and ceilings throughout the home. My previous tenants had left the home a mess. Garrett assured me is work was professional. He advised he did clean work. He work would not standout the average person. Because was good. Since I respect a confident person I hired Garrett Coulter to fix all cracks and hole tenants left in the walls and cracks in the ceiling due to House settling. Garrett quoted me $3700. Along with repair and texturing, He was supposed to color match so he could blend in the new work with the current paint I gave Garrett access to my home since I presently live in another city. Garrett said he would have the Job completed on August 19, 2025. On August 19, 2025. I made sure Mr Coulter was paid in full. Sight unseen. I requested pictures and he sent pictures that look very unprofessional. The pain was no where close to blended. At this time I told Mr Coulter the blending looked Bad. He said well I didn’t know how old your paint was that’s probably why it looks ( horrible) the way it does. He then told me if I pay $2000 he could fix the particular walls that were blended poorly. I came to see the work myself in person and it horrible. I could have hired unlicensed/unprofessional people to do a better job. This calls in to question his work, his interigrity and his greed for money. Why would I need to pay you to do what said you were gonna do in the beginning. Save your self the headache. Find a REAL professional.

Absolutely untrue!!! This lady is a liar and cheat! She didn’t even want to give me TJ a deposit to start the project so I started it on good faith. I walked through the property with the client and her wife and I explained to them after 3 days of detailed Sheetrock tape and texture work I always prefer to paint the whole room not just a touch up job. They responded they didn’t want to pay for the extra TLC that I give. They told me to only touch up! This is a 2900 sq ft 2 story home that she wanted completely redone for $3700…..I did a great job in the repair of the cracks and split walls! She went cheap on the paint job. You can’t expect a $10,000 dollar job to be done for $3700. I have kids too I have a family too. I’m not a slave. This lady is cheap ugly and rude!!! My work speaks for itself as long as you pay the appropriate cost for the appropriate job! I am a professional! 2 years going strong! I believe in what I do, but you can’t use me for cheap labor and then talk crap about me. No one works for free!

My pricing is fair and competitive. I may not be the cheapest but I believe I am one of the best. I give free estimate’s and I waive all fees for first time clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them and understand their vision during the first meeting. As well as let them know how passionate I am about what I do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA 30 classes, intro to electrical classes, and a lot of hands on training with previous companies I worked for
