Coulter Contracting Solutions (CCS), we are a small, dedicated team that genuinely loves what we do. I have been in construction 10+ years and was blessed to be able to start my own company in 2023. We have built our reputation on being punctual, honest, and transparent from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. We specialize in home remodeling, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, room updates, closet builds, interior painting, tile work, flooring, trim carpentry, feature walls, and garage or warehouse build-outs. We had a great experience working with Garrett on our garage remodel! He took out our old garage door and created an exterior wall with a window and completed all of the framing and drywall work. The finished project turned out even better than we imagined. Garrett was always honest, upfront, and transparent throughout the entire process. He was friendly, easy to work with, offered fair pricing, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. His craftsmanship and attention to detail really encompass how much pride he takes in his work and it really shows in the finished product. We will be highly recommending Garrett to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled contractor. We’d definitely hire him again and already have a few projects in mind now that we have someone we know we can count on.

We hired him for a wall tile install this week. He did an amazing job setting up the tiles. He made the trip out to provide an estimate...asked a lot of questions about our wants/needs even though it was a small job. He spent a lot time designing the tile pattern prior to install. He showed up on time and seemed very passionate about his work. I did see a very minor flaw and he immediately responded and came back the next day to fix the issue to make sure I was happy even though he was already paid. That grew my trust in the man. I will be using him for my future projects.

Garrett did an excellent job on a difficult project involving adding & reconfiguring an extensive amount of wood ceiling addition, including painting, electrical outlets & lighting to both the front & back of our home. Garrett came out to hook up my gas line to my gas top, installed new sink, and did a ton of Sheetrock repairs. He did a great job and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was great.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and competitive. I may not be the cheapest but I believe I am one of the best. I give free estimate’s and I waive all fees for first time clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them and understand their vision during the first meeting. As well as let them know how passionate I am about what I do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA 30 classes, intro to electrical classes, and a lot of hands on training with previous companies I worked for
