- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I quote you a price, it will be that price for that visit. Any recurring visit pricing will be flat rates per visits based on what you say you want done and how often you want it done and what I feel it will take for me to get it done (timewise)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Due to always wanting to find a cheaper, better way to clean, I always read up of forums and often times go on Pintrest to try out new methods at home that will actually work before I bring them to my client's homes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love helping people and I don't do well with the structured corporate world. I like making my own schedule and deciding how much money I would like to make. I don't like wearing uniforms and I don't like being a part of the crowd. I am just a college student trying to make enough to make ends meet without having my schoolwork suffer in return. I love the instant gratification a client gives me when they see how clean their home is and how appreciative they are that I helped them out. Some clients cannot clean their own home due to health issues or even age, cleaning for these clients is even more rewarding because I know I have almost instantly made their quality of living better than they could of provided for themselves and/or made their activities safer for their life longevity!
