- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive to the current market and an economical point of view. We honor seniors, military and first responders with awesome discounts and priority services, however we value all of our customers business because without you Great Lakes would not exist.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a detailed walk through and go over the scope of work to be performed to assure no details are missed and everyone is on the same page. We can lay the entire process out day by day from day 1 prep to the final clean up and punch list finalization
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this trade in my own home many years ago as I wanted to update most of the outdated rooms. Popcorn ceilings, wallpaper, textured walls, cracks, old school plaster you name it. I learned from trial and error how to approach each obstacle and the process to assure an amazing finished product. I eventually partnered up with a local friend who had interests in the same trade and our relationship grew as well as our reputation. I took some time off and stepped away from the field for medical reasons and now I’m back.
