- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike a planned repair where we can measure, quote, and schedule, water mitigation is an emergency response. The full scope reveals itself as we work. We can provide a range, but we won’t have a final number until remediation is complete. What determines the cost: ∙ Drying time — we don’t control how long it takes; the structure does and dry standards but we do use heat to speed up drying. ∙ Equipment runtime — fans, dehumidifiers, and monitoring run until moisture readings hit target ∙ Hidden damage — what’s behind walls and under floors shows itself mid-job We document daily with photos and moisture readings, and price everything through industry-standard line items. You’ll see every charge and understand what it’s for. Throughout the process, we work with you and your insurance company to keep everyone informed on where we are. Self pay or Insurance pay All rebuild work will be estimated upfront.
